These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules and regulations that apply to all use of the jeta91 website, platform, games, betting markets, promotions, and associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using any part of the jeta91 Platform, you ("the Player") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the jeta91 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference.

These Terms are written in English and are binding in their English form. Any translations provided for convenience purposes do not supersede the English-language version. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict, the English version prevails.

jeta91 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving adult players in Bangladesh. All services are provided exclusively via the jeta91 website accessible at jeta91.app. jeta91 does not operate physical premises and does not accept bets or deposits through any third-party intermediary, agent, or representative not expressly authorised by the platform operator.

jeta91 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. The effective date shown at the top of this document indicates the most recent revision. Players are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

Nothing in these Terms creates or implies any partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, or employment relationship between the Player and jeta91. Players use the Platform as independent individuals acting on their own behalf.

Access to and use of the jeta91 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on every subsequent occasion they access the Platform:

• The Player is aged 18 years or older. jeta91 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register an account, deposit funds, claim a bonus, or participate in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• The Player is accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. Players are solely responsible for ensuring their own compliance with local regulations.
• The Player is not acting on behalf of another person, organisation, or entity.
• The Player has not previously been self-excluded from jeta91 or had an account permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.
• The Player is not an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of a jeta91 employee, director, or contractor where such participation would create a conflict of interest.

By ticking the age confirmation checkbox during registration, the Player represents and warrants that they are 18 years of age or older and that the information provided during registration is accurate and complete. Providing false age information to gain access to the Platform is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable Bangladeshi law.

To access the full range of services on the jeta91 Platform — including deposits, game play, sports betting, and bonus claims — a Player must create a registered account. The registration process requires the Player to provide accurate personal information including a valid name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Players from Bangladesh may use their bKash or Nagad-registered mobile number as their primary contact identifier.

Each individual may register and maintain only one account on jeta91. Opening multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, jeta91 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, consolidate balances at its sole discretion, and permanently ban the Player from re-registering.

Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials, including their username and password. jeta91 will never ask for a Player's password via email, live chat, or telephone. If a Player suspects that their account credentials have been compromised, they must notify jeta91 immediately at [email protected] and change their password without delay.

Account registration is free of charge. jeta91 does not charge a fee to create or maintain an account. Players are not obligated to make a deposit immediately upon registration, though access to real-money games, bonuses, and betting markets requires a minimum deposit of ৳200.

jeta91 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via a range of payment methods commonly used across Bangladesh. The currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and jeta91 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment options without prior notice.

The minimum deposit on jeta91 is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit, although individual payment providers may impose their own per-transaction limits. Deposits are credited to the Player's account balance in real time upon confirmation by the relevant payment network.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order in which they are received. Standard processing time is 1–3 business days, though most withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are completed within a few hours during normal operating hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. jeta91 does not charge a withdrawal fee; however, the Player's payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in the same name as the jeta91 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• jeta91 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the withdrawal amount.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if jeta91's fraud or AML (anti-money laundering) systems flag a transaction for review. jeta91 cooperates with all lawful requests from relevant authorities in Bangladesh.
• Players must not use jeta91 as a financial intermediary. Depositing funds without genuine gaming activity constitutes a violation of these Terms and may be reported to the relevant financial authorities.

jeta91 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, deposit match promotions, and other incentives to both new and existing Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all jeta91 promotions:

• One bonus per Player: Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times will result in bonus forfeiture.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms.
• Maximum bet with bonus funds: While bonus funds remain active in a Player's account, maximum bet limits per spin or per round apply as stated in the promotion. Bets exceeding the maximum bonus bet limit may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Withdrawal cap: Certain bonus offers carry a maximum withdrawal cap on winnings derived from bonus funds. This cap will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.

jeta91 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotional offer is found to have been claimed in bad faith, through exploitation of a technical error, or in violation of these Terms, jeta91 may reclaim the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend or close the Player's account.

Players agree to use the jeta91 Platform lawfully, honestly, and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any account balance:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one account on jeta91.
• Using another person's account credentials or allowing another person to use your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit bonus offers.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, table games, or sports betting markets.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or miscalculated odds in any game or betting market. Players who identify a technical error must report it immediately via [email protected] and refrain from exploiting it.
• Attempting to launder money or process proceeds of any criminal activity through the jeta91 Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited under local law, or circumventing geographic restrictions using VPN or proxy services.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jeta91 staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the jeta91 software, game algorithms, or payment systems.

jeta91 reserves the right to investigate any account or transaction it believes may be associated with prohibited conduct. During an investigation, affected accounts may be temporarily suspended and withdrawals placed on hold. Players are required to cooperate fully with any such investigation, including providing requested documentation within the timeframe specified by jeta91.

jeta91 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or use of prohibited software.
• A Player's own request for self-exclusion under the jeta91 Responsible Gaming policy.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
• Extended period of account inactivity (see inactivity policy below).

Voluntary Closure: Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting jeta91 customer support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonuses) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within standard processing timelines, subject to KYC verification being complete.

Inactivity Policy: An account is considered inactive if no login has occurred for a consecutive period of 12 months. jeta91 will send email notification to the registered address before any inactivity fee is applied. An inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month may be deducted from dormant account balances, provided the balance remains positive. The fee will not cause a balance to fall below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing any required re-verification steps.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jeta91 and its operators, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to any Player for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of — or inability to use — the jeta91 Platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from game outcomes, technical failures, or interruptions to service.
• Loss of data, account information, or transaction records due to system errors, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, banking networks, etc.).
• Interruption of service due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or events outside jeta91's reasonable control — including power outages, natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, or internet infrastructure failures affecting Bangladesh.
• Decisions made by the Player based on odds, statistics, or information published on the Platform that subsequently prove to be inaccurate or incomplete.

Where jeta91 is found liable despite the above exclusions, its total liability to any single Player for any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player to jeta91 in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jeta91 makes no representation or warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful code. Players are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on their own devices.

All games on the jeta91 Platform are games of chance. jeta91 does not guarantee any outcome or return on any bet or game. Gambling involves financial risk; Players should never wager more than they can afford to lose. The published RTP (return-to-player) percentages for slots and casino games are long-run theoretical figures and do not represent guaranteed returns in any individual session.

By using the jeta91 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Limitation of Liability section in full and that you accept its terms as a condition of your continued use of the Platform.
